Living on the Manawa Mill Pond
A flash flood on July 5, 2024 severely damaged the Manawa Dam, which had created the 192-acre Manawa Mill Pond. Today, the former lakebed is largely the Little Wolf River corridor.
The City of Manawa has been exploring options to restore the dam and the mill pond. More information is available on the city's website.
