Rustic Waters Realty, LLC is a Wisconsin company (ID: H064010) that specializes in lakefront real estate. Rustic Waters Realty may own other lines of business that operate under different names and have different websites. These Terms of Use apply to this website only.

This Service includes this website and the information, resources, and services associated with this website. By using this Service, Users agree to the following Terms of Use.

Use of Service

This Service is intended exclusively for bona fide buyers and sellers of residential real estate who are not currently committed to, or intending to work with, agents at other real estate firms. Real estate agents from other firms, corporate buyers, and other business entities are not authorized to use this Service. Unauthorized users may be blocked or unsubscribed without notice.

Lake Listing Alerts

Listing alerts are intended for active lake property buyers—not for indefinite use. Subscriptions may be reviewed based on user activity, and if a subscriber appears inactive, they may be asked to confirm their continued interest. If confirmation is not received within a designated time frame, or if a listing alert email bounces, the subscription may be canceled without further notice. Renewed subscriptions may require additional confirmation if inactivity continues.

Subscribers to Lake Listing Alerts will also be enrolled in our weekly Lakefront Market Report. Those who provide a mobile phone number may receive listing alerts by text message once that functionality becomes available.

Buyers who use our Lake Listing Alerts are expected to enter into a buyer agency agreement with Rustic Waters Realty before touring any properties featured in the alerts, or they may be unsubscribed without notice.

Just Sold Alerts

Sellers who subscribe to our Just Sold Alerts agree to interview Rustic Waters Realty before listing their lakefront property. Property owners whose properties are already listed with other firms are not authorized to use this Service and may be unsubscribed without notice. If a Just Sold alert email bounces, the subscription may be canceled without further notice.

Lakefront Market Report

The Lakefront Market Report is intended for active lake property buyers—not for indefinite use. Subscriptions may be reviewed based on user activity, and if a subscriber appears inactive, they may be asked to confirm their continued interest. If confirmation is not received within a designated time frame, or if a Market Report email bounces, the subscription may be canceled without further notice. Renewed subscriptions may require additional confirmation if inactivity continues.

Buyers who subscribe to our Lakefront Market Report agree to work with Rustic Waters Realty under a buyer agency agreement before touring any featured properties, or they may be unsubscribed without notice.

Property Valuations

Property owners who request a valuation agree to interview Rustic Waters Realty before listing their lakefront property. Property owners whose properties are listed with other firms are not authorized to use this Service and may be unsubscribed without notice.

Authorized Age

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you are the age of majority in your state of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Limitation of Liability for MLS Data

MLS information received from Wisconsin Real Estate Exchange (WIREX). All information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. All properties are subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal. Neither Rustic Waters Realty, WIREX, or the listing broker shall be responsible for any typographical errors, misinformation, or misprints and shall be held totally harmless. The Providers do not verify the information provided and disclaim responsibility for its accuracy.

The Providers shall not be liable for any damages, including without limitation any lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use MLS data, or arising for any reason hereunder, even if Providers have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

Warranty of MLS Data

Listing data is provided by MLS “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Copyright

Digital Millennium Copyright Act

We create much of our content except for some images we purchase from vendors and are licensed to display. If, however, you believe that your copyrighted material may have been infringed, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act has established the following procedures.

Per Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), claims of copyright infringement pertaining to this Site should be sent to our designated agent, Dmitri Martin. Notice shall be in writing via letter to Rustic Waters Realty LLC, 817 Sunridge Dr, Waupaca, WI 54981, or email to support@rusticwatersrealty.com.

Written notification of claimed copyright infringement must include:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon notification of claimed infringement as described above, we will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing, except for material that we have been licensed to display and copy that does not substantially duplicate the referenced alleged material.
