Living on Lake Poygan

Lake Poygan is a popular, full-rec lake located 14 miles northwest of Oshkosh in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. The lake is 14,102 acres in size with a maximum depth of 11 feet.

Poygan is known for its bustling waters, shallow depths, and wide variety of fish...including smallmouth bass and musky. It's also great for almost every type of water recreation, including jet skiing, water skiing, and speedboating.

Lake Poygan features three boat launches, making it easy for property owners to get their boats in and out each season. In addition, the lake is home to two restaurants you can boat to, two parks, and Lone Willow Island.
